How long have you been on this server?: How long you spent in the server since your first visit. You must have been on the server for at least 2 weeks before applying for trusted.

Age : Your Age.

Why should you be a Trusted member? : The reason why you should become a staff member.

What will you do if you have became a Trusted member? : Your actions as a Staff member.

What will you represent as a Staff member? : What do you stand out for as a staff?
